Shamrock 5k + 10k Run – March 4, 2017 – St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church – Mocksville NC

2017 marks the 29th running of the Shamrock 5k & 10k in historic Mocksville, NC.  Both USATF certified race courses will start and end at St Francis Catholic Church and take you on a tour through the heart of downtown.  Check out the race courses here: 5k race course  & 10k race course.  Race proceeds will help support the volunteer ministry, A Storehouse for Jesus.

FROM THE RACE ORAGANIZERS

The Shamrock Run is held on the first Saturday of March, this year it will be March 4, 2017. It is hosted by St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and supports local causes; this year we will be running to support A Storehouse For Jesus!!

This year we will again be hosting the Corporate Challenge Fitness Run/Walk. Each group with over 10 participants will be recognized at our awards ceremony after the 5K.

We will again be using Ultimate Race Management as our race timing provider and the disposable chip system as it has worked out so well for faster packet pick-ups, smaller lines and less confusion on the day of the race!

5k race starts at 8:15 AM; 10k race starts at 9:00 AM.
