TreesGreenville Turkey Day 8k + 5k – November 24, 2016 – Downtown – Greenville SC

Celebrate Turkey day by running the TreesGreenville 8k and compete to win cold hard cash for the Holidays!  1st Place wins $100, 2nd Place $75 & 3rd Place wins $50.  Bring your non-competitive family and friends to participate in the untimed non-competitive 5k.  Check out the 2015 8K results here.

The 8k Race Course

• USATF Certified 8k
• The Start/Finish Line: is near 104 S. Main Street near TD Bank and Carolina Ale House (104 S. Main St., 29601).
  Race Day Packet Pick-up: is near the Start / Finish line, near 104 S. Main Street near TD Bank and Carolina Ale House (104 S. Main St., 29601)
• The 8k course will only be closed to traffic for 80 minutes.  The course will close and open back up for traffic after 80 minutes.
• If you do not think you can complete an 8k in 80 minutes or less, please register for the 5k.

The 5k Fun Run & WALK 

This event is non-competitive.  No 5k cash purse.  No 5k age division awards.  The 5k is a Family Fun Run & Walk designed for walkers, families with kids who can’t quite run an 8k yet, and runners who prefer to run a 5k.
