Mills River Valley 5k + 10k – September 18, 2016 – Mills River Park – Mills River NC

This race showed up on the running scene last year as a 5k and this year a 10k option has been added. The race is based at Mills River Park which is just a few miles southwest of the Asheville NC airport. The race courses are described as 75% off pavement (described as dirt road) and fast. There is also a one mile fun run/walk. The race will be chip timed by Right on Time Productions. Standard five-year age groups will be used and gift certificates will be awarded to top male and female finishers (see the registration page for specifics).
