Briar Chapel Earth Day 5K – April 9, 2016 – Great Meadow Park – Chapel Hill, NC

What better way to celebrate the Earth than a 5k race in the Triangle’s largest green home community. The event raises money for the Abundance Foundation programs promoting sustainability and local economy. Join fellow Earth lovers for a day of running fun.

Earth Day is the perfect excuse to party, and to bring out our running shoes to raise money for our programs. After the morning race, the festivities continue with live music, food trucks and general revelry.

This April, we’ll celebrate spring with a 5K race and a kids k through Briar Chapel roads and parks, featuring a live DJ and local food trucks!
