FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

In 2013 we had our inaugural Strong Soles 5K to celebrate 30 years of strengthening the lives of women and families who have experienced various challenges as a result of domestic or sexual violence. We invite you to join us for our forth Strong Soles 5K, Walk and Dash. Help us celebrate those who have worked hard to become a survivor. Run or dash in solidarity to to shed light on the myths of sexual violence. Your participation supports the Wesley Shelter in our efforts to provide shelter, education and advocy.
