Fire on the Track 5k – August 14, 2016 – Greensboro Day School – Greensboro NC

This race is definitely right about one thing — racing on a track is one of your best opportunities to get a PR. Get ready to end the summer racing season by racking up a personal record at the Fire on the Track 5k. It’s one of the newest additions to the Trivium Running Series.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

We are bringing back an oldie but a goodie. Trivium Racing has added Fire on the Track 5K to the Trivium Running Series. This year we will hit the track for a 5000. There is no way better to hit that PR than a track 5K. This will be race #9 in the Trivium Running Series and we expect it to be a HOT one! There are also whispers that Fire on the Tracks old announcer may be back giving you the play by play as athletes take their turn around the oval.

The championship heat will be a charity race with each runner picking a charity they will represent! Runners in the championship heat will raise money and then all of the money will be pooled and the athletes will race for it in the Championship Heat! All charities will be given a percentage of money raised!
