Race Against the Odds 5k – May 7, 2016 – Weddington United Methodist Church – Weddington NC

Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) is a terrible disease involving highly aggressive and difficult to treat brain tumors. Needless to say, funds are needed in order to promote research and work towards better treatment options. Support the cause by running the Race Against the Odds 5k on May 7th.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

After realizing the limitations in treatment options and that in the past 30 years there have been no significant advancements in the outcome of a DIPG diagnosis, we have decided to make a difference. Our resolve was inspired by our daughter Grace, and it is in her memory that we have begun the Soar with Grace Foundation. Please join us as we partner with The Cure Starts Now and present the first annual Race Against the Odds in Charlotte, North Carolina.
