Josalyn’s Jog for a Reason 5k – March 19, 2016 – Medical Arts Center – Fayetteville NC

It’s always better to run for a reason, and there’s not better reason than to support the Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood Foundation. No family should have to live through the heartbreak of a child’s death, and with your contribution to the cause, the SUDC Foundation will be able to advocate, provide support groups, and research for these families in need.

Josalyn’s Jog was an idea that Duane and I had in order to honor our 15 1/2 mos old daughter who died unexpectedly on April 6, 2012. Proceeds from this run will be given to the SUDC Foundation (Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood) and to the building of a memorial playground at Lake Rim Park.
