I Heart 5k – February 6, 2016 – Clayton NC

The I Heart 5k will benefit some of the members of our society who need our support the most — victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition to supporting deserving community members, you will be running through the scenic community of Flowers Plantation. This race is part of the Flowers Plantation race series, which includes road races, bike rides, and even a couple of triathlons.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

A fun-filled 5K for the benefit of The Harbor House. As a nonprofit agency for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and women in transition, The Harbor provides safe, compassionate, and advocacy services, resources, and programs, for women and children in need. The race will wind through the beautifully planned community of The Flowers Plantation near Clayton, NC. An award-winning and historical site, The Flowers Plantation is a treasure to embrace while running for a very worthwhile cause.
