Viking Voyage 5k – March 5, 2016 – Central Middle School – Gatesville, NC

This 2nd annual road race benefits the Central Middle School and their organization that emphasizes positive behavior to create a balanced and enjoyable school environment, attributes that every Middle School student can benefit from.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

Profits from the 2nd Annual Viking Voyage 5K will go to continue funding the PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support) Program at Central Middle School. The PBIS program teaches students the importance of positive behaviors and how these behaviors create a pleasant and inviting school environment that is conducive to learning. PBIS strongly encourages success through positive behaviors, therefore proceeds will be used to increase recognition of outstanding behavior and academic achievements at Central Middle School.
