Pisgah Pavement Pounder 5k – April 23, 2016 – Pisgah High School – Canton NC
Note the Pisgah Pavement Pounder date has changed to April 23, 2016 from April 16 as originally scheduled. Also, it’s now a spring race, as opposed to being held in the fall as in previous years. The race is well-organized and has a relatively flat course. Sign up to support deserving students at Pisgah High School!
FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS
The Pisgah Pavement Pounder 5k is a fun and exciting event that seeks to incorporate fitness and fun for a worthy cause. The proceeds from the race will benefit underprivileged students at Pisgah High School. Student recipients of the race funds will be confidentially identified by the school social worker. All monies will be used to help students who need food, clothing, and other necessary items for daily living.
