Band Aid Race 5k + 8k – March 5 2016 – Asheville High School – Asheville NC
A great race that benefits the Asheville High School Band. I’ve done the 8k twice (two different courses) and will do it again in 2016. This race is also part of the Asheville Track Club Grand Prix Series.
FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS
The 4th annual band aid race, benefitting the Asheville high school band, will begin and end on the beautiful campus of Asheville high. Join us for a great race, for a great a cause! All proceeds from the 2016 race will be used to help replace old, damaged and worn out instruments, as well as support two scholarship funds for graduating band members.
