Elizabeth Road Race 8k – March 19, 2016 – Elizabeth Neighborhood – Charlotte, NC

This is the 30th Annual, that’s right, 30th Annual 8k road race! That makes this the oldest road race in Charlotte. The beautiful Elizabeth residential neighborhood will be full of enthusiastic road runners.

The event also includes a 1.5M untimed run/walk for the casual participants and youth runners and the Liz Kids’ Fun Run for the little ones. Participants will enjoy technical t-shirts (while supplies last), post-race refreshments and beer, live music from School of Rock, and even our very own Elvis! Proceeds benefit the beautification of the Historic Elizabeth Neighborhood and the replenishing of both Charlotte and Elizabeth’s tree canopies.
