Run in 2016 5k – January 1, 2016 – Recreation Complex – Cullowhee NC

Start off the New Year on the right foot by crossing the finish line!  This small race is the perfect way to get the family together and stay active.  The course is FLAT & FAST!   There are no climbs on this route.  The race begins and ends at the Recreation Complex in Cullowhee.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

The Rec Center is located just past the campus of Western Carolina University off of Highway 107.

Run or walk the 5k and let the kids complete the half mile fun run.

The course is on open roads with vehicular traffic. However, there will be course assistance to keep traffic minimal. Strollers and dogs are welcome. We encourage all kids participating in the 5k to have an adult with them at all times.
