One of the great things about Thanksgiving being on a Thursday is you have a chance to run a Turkey Trot the weekend before AND the day of. The Sumter YMCA Turkey Trot 5k takes place the on Thanksgiving day at 9 AM. Have fun at this race with special awards for craziest hat, ugliest shoes, most decorative water bottle, oldest and youngest finishers, first dog, first stroller, and more.
