A fun race for a good cause through the rolling hills of Weaverville. The Chilly Challenge is also part of the Asheville Track Club Grand Prix competition. Visit the race website if you’d like to donate your chili for the cook-off!

Lace up your running shoes, grab your winter hats and join us for the 4th Annual Chilly Challenge 8K & 1 Mile Fun Run and Chili Cook-off! Runners will enjoy a scenic run and post-race celebration that includes tasty chili, live music and fantastic prizes. For runners of all ages, this event is hosted by the North Buncombe Middle School PTO and designed to raise much-needed funding for the school.
