HealthWave 5k – October 10, 2015 – Stanly Regional Medical Center – Albemarle NC

One of the best things about running is that it brings individuals of all athletic abilities and from all walks of life together to celebrate healthy, active lifestyles. The goal of the HealthWave 5k is to encourage more people live healthy lifestyles. Another great thing about this particular race is the price ($15!).
