Back on Track 5k – October 10, 2015 – Charlotte NC

This is the inaugural Back on Track 5k, benefiting the Spinal Research Foundation. It’s always great to run a race that supports a worthy cause, and this race gets bonus points for a clever name. Gift certificate awards for top finishers!

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates, established in 1940, is one of the oldest and largest neurosurgery practices in the country. Since that time, our practice has provided regional care for thousands of adults and children with disorders and injuries related to both the brain and spine. To celebrate our 75th anniversary, Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates will host the first “Back on Track 5K” walk/run event on the morning of Saturday, October 10th at 8:00am. The 5K runs through beautiful Myers Park area.

All proceeds from the event will go towards the Spinal Research Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving spinal health through research, education, and patient advocacy. We hope you will join us in helping to advance spine research by supporting our Back On Track 5K event.
