Seal Run 5k – September 5, 2015 – Catawba Meadows Park – Morganton NC

This will be the inaugural running of the Seal Run 5k, taking place at Catawba Meadows Park in Morganton. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Easter Seals UCP, a nonprofit organization providing services such as job training and rehabilitation to children and adults with disabilities.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

The purpose of the event is to raise money and awareness for Easter Seals UCP. Easter Seals works with people who have mental illnesses by helping them to learn independent living skills and develop a happier and healthier life. Western Piedmont Community College will host the packet pick up on Friday Night 9/4/15 from 4pm-7pm.
