Reebok Spartan Chicago Super + Sprint – August 15, 2015 – The Cliff’s Off-Road Park – Marseilles IL

The sprint is a 3-5 mile course with 20-23 obstacles. It’s the shortest course and great for first timers or seasoned racers. The super is a middle distance course at 8-10 miles with 24-29 obstacles on tougher and more rugged terrain.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

The area surrounding Chicago is primarily flat farm land, until you reach Cliff’s Insane Terrain in Marseilles. People travel from all over the Midwest to test their 4WD vehicles in the muddy park. It makes a perfect location for Spartans to test themselves on an 8+ mile Super and 4+ mile Sprint course. On a dry day the course is very muddy, and if it rains, even walking becomes difficult.
