Cherokee Harvest Half Marathon/5k – October 31, 2015 – Acquoni Events Center – Cherokee NC

NOTE: THIS RACE HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FROM OCTOBER 3 TO OCTOBER 31.

The half marathon is mostly flat with one hill at mile 6. The half winds through most of Cherokee. The 5k stays in town and is a mostly flat course. The races benefit the Madison Hornbuckle Children’s Cancer Foundation.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

The course will give runners a flavor of Cherokee through most of its communities. Except for one hill at mile 6, the half marathon course is mostly flat on paved roads. There is a time limit of 3 hours to complete the half marathon.
