Dave’s Run – Hortman Run to Remember – June 6, 2015 – Anderson University Abney Athletic Center – Anderson SC
This is the fourth annual Run to Remember: CPT David Hortman 5k Run/Walk, a race sponsored by Friends of Boys State. The race is held in memory of CPT David Hortman and benefits Friends of Boys State by providing scholarships for individuals who need financial assistance to attend Palmetto Boys State.

Our certified race course features the historic neighborhood in and around the Boulevard Street area including a showcase of the beautiful Anderson University. The canopy-covered 5k run and walk will be chipped timed with official race results posted on-line. The race will start & conclude on East Calhoun Street in front of Abney Gym.
