Carolina Beach Half Marathon/5k – October 4, 2015 – Carolina Beach NC

Located at the northern end of Pleasure Island, Carolina Beach is a family-friendly, extraordinary beach town that’s curiously entertaining! An original beach-side boardwalk, a state park, colorful characters, miles of alluring beach, world-class fishing, and interesting one-of-a kind events and festivals, all set Carolina Beach apart from the ordinary. The location is perfect and you can’t find a more flat, fast course. Come set your PR at this race. It’s a flat, beautiful course beginning in Downtown Carolina Beach. Part of course goes through the Carolina Beach State Park to the Marina.

The half marathon starts at 8 AM and the 5k starts at 8:15 AM.
