Super Hero 5k – November 1, 2014 – Asheville Brewing Company – Asheville NC

NOVEMBER 2, 2014 – This race has been postponed because of the wild wintry weather on the original race date of November 1. The new date is Saturday November 8, 2014 and the new time is 3:30 PM.

Each fall in Asheville runners do what Asheville-ians do on a daily basis: dress up, get weird and drink beer. That’s right, it’s time for the Super Hero 5k. This year it’s November 1, the day after Halloween, and as always it’s guaranteed to be visited by Super Hero’s of all kinds; some running, some walking; and some just enjoying the pizza and beer. It’s an afternoon race starting at 4:30 PM and the course starts and finishes at the Asheville Brewing Company and tours the Montford neighborhood.
