Results of the Mountain Splendor 5k – October 11, 2014 – Black Mountain NC

This was the third time I’ve participated in this race and I always enjoy it. It a very well run event, the timing was efficient and timely and the course is very pleasant with moderate rolling hills. This was my second 5k since working my way back into running following my injury in June. I was very pleased with my race and my progress towards returning to my pre-injury pace.
