This looks like a nice 5k/10k combination in North Asheville with some cash prizes in play.

FROM THE RACE ORGANIZERS

Thank you for your interest in the Armor Run 5K & 10K! We are putting on this race to raise money for North Asheville Christian School, located on 20 Reynolds Mountain Blvd, Asheville, NC. Both races will start and finish at North Asheville Christian School. We will have CASH prizes for top runners, bouncy houses and other activities for the kids, delicious food, live music by Sons of Ralph, and lots of cheering fans! Bring the whole family!

We have also added an Iron Tots Trot for children 6 and under, and a Crusader Climb for children 12 and under! The Iron Tots Trot will be 1/4 mile dash around the parking lot of the school. Parents/guardians are encouraged to run alongside their child. The Crusader Climb will be a 1/2 mile run down and back up Reynolds Mountain Blvd. Parents/guardians are welcome to run alongside their child. Each child will receive a small prize, and the winner of each will receive a ‘goody’ bag!

We will have an AMAZING raffle on the day of the Armor Run. This will include over $600 worth of products or gift cards from ENO, Ski Country, Foot RX, Second Gear, and more! The tickets will be $5.00 for a chance to win! Bring your cash! All money will go to North Asheville Christian School.

AWARDS

Top 3 Male/Female Overall for 5K and 10K.
Top 3 Male/Female for age groups:

5K Awards will go to 13 and under, ages 14-19, ages 20-29, ages 30-39, ages 40-49, ages 50-59, ages 60 to 69; ages 70 and over
10K Awards will go to 19 and under, ages 20-29, ages 30-39, ages 40-49, ages 50-59, ages 60 to 69; ages 70 and over
Cash prizes will be given to Top 3 Male/Female Overall: $100 for 1st place, $75 for 2nd place and $50 for 3rd place.
There will be Age Group Medals for male/female. Age group winners will also get free entries into our fantastic raffle. First place will receive 8 entries, 2nd place will receive 6 entries, and 3rd place will receive 4 entries. Each ticket is worth $5.00 each.
