Foot Rx PRESENTS – The 6th Annual CROSS COUNTRY GRAND PRIX SERIES.

This is Cross Country at its finest. Each race takes place in separate locations in WNC on local Cross Country Courses. Come enjoy a lot of fun and some good competition!

• EVERYONE must complete 5 of 8 races to receive long sleeve technical shirt.
• EVERYONE MUST RACE FINALE TO COUNT IN GRAND PRIX STANDINGS!

Prizes will go as follows:

• Top 5 Overall Male & Female
• Master’s Male & Female (40-49) 1st Place ONLY
• Grand Master’s Male & Female (50-59) 1st Place ONLY
• Senior Grand Master’s Male & Female (60+) 1st Place ONLY
• Super Senior Grand Master’s Male & Female (70+) 1st Place Only

3. Sept. 17th Event #3 – 5k @ Richmond Hills
4. Oct. 8th – Jackson Park – Hendersonville
5. Oct. 11th Event #4 – 5k @Warren Wilson College (CANCELLED)
6. Oct. 22nd Event #5 – 5k @ Fletcher Park
7. TBA – Jackson Park
8. TBA – Brevard College
9. TBA – ACA

SCORING

Individuals – Your place against your competitors of your gender will be your points – Low score wins w/ your best finishes from 5 of the 8 races (Finale is a must in the scoring!)
