80s Flashback 8k – August 2, 2014 – Franklin NC

How cool. Dress up like it’s the 1980s, run an 8k starting at 5:30 PM, head over to Mulligans for a post-race bash!

Frankie says RELAX! It’s just 5 miles! An awesome, totally narly & cool 5 miles along the Little Tennesse River. Awards/Post Race Party will be hosted at Mulligans Bar & Grille and it will be an ’80s theme. Costumes are encouraged and awards to the best dressed ’80s theme male & female. Awards to the overall male & female and awards to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place age division winners (age divisions are by 10- Ex. 20-29 yrs old)

This is a benefit for the Shriners Hospital System.

Event schedule and times

• ’80s FLASHBACK 8K will start at 5:30 P.M. with awards to be hosted at the post race party.
• Race day registration will begin at 4:00 P.M. at Tassee Shelter (race day registeration fee is $25.00)
• Packet pick-up will be hosted on August 1 from 5:00-6:00P.M. at Tassee Shelter
