Results of the Positive Prevention 12k – November 3, 2013 – Biltmore Estate – Asheville, NC

It was a crisp morning when 72 of us lined up for the start of the 12k right around 7:15. With a relatively small turnout for the 12k the pack thinned fairly quickly and I spent about four miles running along side my friend Victor Dostrow, chatting. At mile six Victor bid me farewell, started up his turbos and took off for the final 1.4 miles.
