Results of the Run for Autism 5k – September 14, 2013 – Asheville, NC

This was the second time I had run this course, which is largely on the UNCA campus, and which incorporates the dreaded “Hill of Death” slog up Campus drive. The weather was near perfect, at 52 deg. F, and the humidity was much lower than last year. There was a good turnout, and this race benefits a particularly good cause. Congratulations (and a particular personal congratulations) to Gary Curran as first overall and first male, and Sarah Green as first female. And, a junior blog correspondent shout out to Chris Van Dyke, at 8th overall.
