337 courageous runners threw caution to the wind this morning, saying things like, “Burning quads on Monday? I love burning quads on Monday.” And so it goes. Another screamer in the books, downhill from Jonas Ridge to somewhere near Mortimer, NC (exactly where, nobody knows).
