Rosman Bookin’ It 5k – October 13, 2012 – Rosman, NC

This race has a reputation for being a “PR Maker.” Now it’s a fall evening (5 PM) race, providing the potential for even faster times. Here’s information from the race organizers:

Rosman High School proudly presents the 4th Annual running of the Bookin’ It 5K. New for this year is the special 5:00pm start! Enjoy the cooler temperatures and awards under the lights in the stadium!

A two and a half lap course will take you through the small town of Rosman, NC. The course starts at the intersection of 178 and Chestnut Street, passes the softball field, before turning right to circle around in front of the high school, go to the end of town and return for another lap. After two full laps, finish in the field house parking lot.

COURSE SURFACE & PROFILE:
The Bookin’ It 5K course is run on paved surface roads that are well-maintained and smooth. Rosman may be located in the mountains but you will be pleasantly surprised by how flat the course is: just 56 feet from the low point of the course to the highest point!
