The new 5K course begins and ends in front of the MedWest-Haywood Health & Fitness Center. The course goes behind MedWest-Haywood Hospital before following Jones Cove Road through a beautiful cove and then returning along Hospital Road.

The Honor/Memory/Survivor Walk starts and finishes behind the Fitness Center and takes place entirely on the hospital campus.
