Skirt Chaser/Foot Tag 5k – June 6, 2012 – Fletcher Park – Fletcher, NC

Wednesday, June 6, 2012 is National Run Day and you can pop over to Fletcher Park to celebrate by participating in this race. Here is the information from the race organizers at Foot Rx:

Come out June 6 to Fletcher Park for a different type of 5k. We call it a “Skirt Chaser”. Women will start 2 minutes before the men, & the men must catch up to be in the top 15 overall who will receive awards. EVERY runner will receive a voucher for a free pair of Drymax socks to be redeemed at Foot Rx Asheville. Entry fee is $15, which will pay for Race #3 of the Tag Challenge later this year (see The Foot Rx blog for complete Foot Tag Challenge details). If you paid for Foot Tag Challenge #1, you have already paid for this event. Registration will begin at 5:30 pm & the race will start at 6:30 pm.
