Valley Springs Ram Run 5k – March 3, 2012 – Valley Springs School – Asheville, NC

A good race that passes through Biltmore Park on streets and trails. A 9:30 start means you can sleep in a bit. Looks good to me, I’ll most likely be there.

The race is held at Valley Spring Middle School at 224 Long Shoals Road in Arden. From the race organizers:

This will be the 2nd annual Ram Run! We are thrilled to offer this race again! The proceeds will go to Valley Springs Middle School to help support our students. The course begins at Valley Springs, climbs a hill to Estes Elementary school, continues through the streets and trails of beautiful Biltmore Park. The race ends at Valley Springs, where all runners and walkers can gather in the gym for snacks and the awards ceremony with medals made by our very own students!

We have the most amazing sponsors! Chick- Fil- A has offered coupons to everyone who participates for the second year. They will also be at the race selling the sandwiches.
