Brevard Reindeer Run – December 3, 2011 – Brevard, NC

The Brevard Reindeer Run benefits the Center for Women and features a 5k race on a certified course and a 3k walk. I’ve done the 5k several times and it’s a nice, varied course. Race will be chip-timed by Setup Events.

Course description from the race organizer:

Flat to gentle hills. Start on Jordan St. next to 1st Baptist, go east to Rice. Left on Rice to Main, right on Main and then left on Franklin. Right on Lakeview and another right on Harold. Right on Park Ave., then left on Hwy. 276 (Greenville Hwy), right on Gallimore and then right on Country Club. Right on Turnpike, right on Johnson. Stay to right and follow Rice to Jordan St. Turn left on Jordan and go straight to finish (same spot as start).
