Burnsville Town Square Scamper 5k – October 15, 2011 – Burnsville, NC
This is a nice race that starts and finishes in at the town square in Burnsville. As I recall from the last time I ran this race it has a slightly challenging uphill finish. The fall color will be perfect for the drive to and from the race which starts at 9:00 AM.

For those of you who missed the Scamper here is some info. A beautiful 55 degrees and the leaves were awesome. Drum circle at the one mile will get you moving. The announcer at town square with music. All this makes the race so much fun. I have ran this race 4 years in a row with this past being a new course PR. I don’t think the weather could have gotten any better. See you next year?
