Results of the Wiggle Butt 5k – October 2, 2011 – Fletcher Park, Fletcher, NC

I thought this would be a good way to loosen up the tightness in my calf muscles from the Hickory Mountain 10k Trail Race, so I headed over the Fletcher Park for the Wiggle Butt 5k that benefits the WNC Boxer Rescue. Fletcher Park races are always fun. You can’t find a course any flatter than this and the mixture of mulch, ash and pavement makes for nice variety.

The course was a little bit long by my instinct and my Garmin. I compared with another Garmin wearing runner who had the same distance (3.3). Here are the details.
