Wes Farnam Cystic Fibrosis 5k – May 27, 2011 – TC Roberson High School, Asheville, NC
The TC Roberson National Honor Society is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the 3rd annual Wes Farnam 5K Fun Run/Walk for Cystic Fibrosis. The race location is on the TC Roberson High School campus on Friday May 27 at 6:00 PM. Cost will be $10 and all proceeds go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
This event is family-friendly, provides a very safe course, and is meant to honor Wes Farnam, who continues to live with Cystic Fibrosis every day. Wes was a Cross Country athlete at TC and has been an inspiration for many students and teachers for his positive attitude and cheerful spirit.
This run is for all ages and abilities and strollers, walkers, etc are all welcome.
