Race 2 Reach Honduras – November 6, 2010 – Fletcher Park – Fletcher, NC
A 5k race at Fletcher Park is always pleasant. Here’s an upcoming race to help a worthy cause.
The Senior Class from Trinity of Fairview is partnering with The Carpenter’s Heart to host the “Race 2 Reach Honduras” 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, November 6th at Fletcher Park in Fletcher, NC. The purpose of this race is to raise awareness and support for the building on an Orphanage in San Francisco de Yojoa, Honduras. The senior class from Trinity of Fairview will be taking a trip to Honduras over Spring Break in 2011 and will be building the walls of the orphanage there.
The race starts at 9:00 AM and follows the same course as an earlier race – the Run for the Hills. Here’s the course map …
