I ran the the race last year- some how I won- not sure how. I have another race scheduled on the same day-so I will not be running it this year.
It’s a mighty busy race day.
Wow. This looks like a fast course. I still think I’ll be running in Waynesville on that day. Maybe next year.
They’re going to have a bigger turnout this year. I heard from the race director that registration is strong and he estimated around 200 runners would be in the race. I was tempted but will probably do the Arboretum 8k this day. I already have two “longer” races I’m planning in May and don’t need to add a half marathon right afterward (even if it is mostly downhill).
