Yes — Sourwood it is. I was a little sick when I ran it last year and had a lousy time. I did pretty well in 2007. I’m looking forward to it.
Sourwood’s next on my list, Dennis-how about you?
That’s obviously a much smaller race. He may be able to win his AG.
Argh. I wish I had signed Walter up. I think he would have brought home a 2nd in AG. I think we’ll run that Sourwood race in August.
I’m blind, found it on third try!!!!!
Thanks Jay. I am in no way officially associated with the race. I’m just an independent running guy and part-time journalist. I try to do the best I can with what I get. I hope you had a great run!
I know this is not your fault Dennis, but at 67 years of age I wonder how the chip always fails to register for me?
Great job on getting the posting up, Dennis.
That was a 4:43/mi pace for the winner- wow…
Speaking of amazing, my man-you did well in your AG, for such a nice warm, moderately 🙂 hilly course!
Funny how we both ended up about 13th in AG, but we won’t mention how much faster your time was than mine!! lol.
You’re right Bob — that was a smokin’ time. I looked back two years on this race and nobody was under 15 minutes. Same course. The winner is from Colorado Springs — I guess he runs some real hills!
