Volvo Run for Kids Sake 5k – Warren Wilson College, Swannanoa North Carolina June 13 2009
This looks like a nice run at Warren Wilson College. It’s a trail race and that’s a nice break from all of the 5k races we have that run on streets. The race starts bright and early at 8 AM, Saturday June 13, 2009. Here’s a link for more information …

This is like seeing my grade on a test and feeling pretty good about it, only to hear the teacher say “I gave everybody ten extra points because I felt like none of you did very well.”
Yes, I did measure it and I have 2.92.

Great — I’ll see you there. Trail races can be a lot of fun, but don’t be surprised if your time is off.
We plan to run this one. It should be a beautiful course. I hope they get a good turnout.
I have read a description of the route. Part of their description is “Singletrack trail”, which sounds like a No Passing Zone to me. Obviously, I don’t have much trail running experience.
