Half Marathon Training Program

There is a great 10-week training program in the August issue of Runner’s World magazine.  It’s aimed at boosting half marathon performance.  I’m starting week 5 and I notice that it’s helping my 5k times.  They have a long version (a shortened marathon program) and a short version (a lengthened 10k program).  I’m doing the short version.  It’s on page 87.
