Running the Folkmoot 5k – Waynesville, North Carolina – July 21, 2007

Nice day, about 150 runners ready to go.  Flat course with a fast start.  I did the first mile in about 6:38.  Had a strong second half and passed a lot of runners.  My goal was to be under 22:00 and I made it — 21:52.
