Burnsville Town Square Scamper, Burnsville, North Carolina, October 28, 2006
I’m looking forward to the Burnsville Town Square Scamper on October 28, 2006. Even if it’s not a great race, it has a catchy name.
But seriously, Burnsville is a nice town up in the mountains north of Asheville and October 28th should be just around (or slightly after) the peak of fall color. It looks like the 2005 event lured about 150 runners so it’s a nice group.
I’m shooting for 21:45. Ambitious, especially because I’m not sure about the course and how hilly it is. But, that’s my story and I’m sticking with it. Tell us your goal.
